Vinyasa Flow

If you want to break a sweat, this is the practice for you! Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic practice in which you flow in between poses before staying in a pose for some breaths. The yoga sequence will be as smooth as possible in between poses, this makes it a moving practice which promotes physical conditioning, mobility and strength while fostering mindfulness and concentration. After such a session you feel relaxed and challenged as well as revitalised and energised. 

Chair Yoga

This is a gentler form of yoga which is more accessible and fun. Chair yoga is performed seated or using a chair for balance and it offers that security of having a balance point. Do not let the name trick you! Once you progress in the practice, it can become as physically challenging as any another form of yoga.

Breathwork & Mediation

Learn how to control your breath and you will own your body. By consciously changing the way you breath, you can have an impact in your nervous system and promote a feeling of calmness. Studies indicate that control of breath can reduce stress, improve mental health and lower blood pressure. Combine breathing with meditation and you have the perfect alchemy for boosting your mood and soothing physical illness. Open your mind and master this ancient practice to gain control over your mood and emotions.

In every class, you can expect to be guided through a dynamic flow of movement and breath, designed to energize your body, improve mobility, and revitalize your spirit. We'll sync our movements with the rhythm of our breath, allowing you to tap into your inner strength and navigate life's challenges with agility and acceptance.

The goal is for you to leave each class feeling energized, empowered, and more connected to yourself and those around you. We provide a safe and supportive space for meditation and self-reflection, where you can explore your goals and aspirations with clarity and intention.

The classes are not just about physical fitness; they are a 360-degree progressive journey towards holistic well-being. I focus on improving mobility and strength, nurturing your body, soul, and mind in equal measure. Through mindful movement and breathwork, I aim to create balance and harmony within yourself and your life. In addition, we offer weekly meditation sessions as an added experience and content through the internal forum to further deepen and cultivate mindful habits.
