My personal journey

A few years ago, I was exactly where many of you are: juggling a demanding corporate career, feeling constantly overwhelmed, and neglecting my own well-being. Burnout was knocking at my door, and I knew something had to change. That’s when I discovered the power of mindful movement and breathwork. Yoga became my way of finding balance, strength, and inner calm.
 

Through this journey, I developed Root & Rise, a method that helped me reconnect with my body, nurture my mind, and build resilience. Now, I’m here to share this approach with you, so you too can feel grounded, energized, and ready to rise to life’s challenges. Together, we’ll create habits that support a vibrant, balanced life. On and off the mat.

As a certified yoga instructor and a plant-based cook with a passion for nutrition and holistic health, I’ve developed the Root & Rise approach to help you explore your potential both on and off the mat. With a focus on building strong foundations—your roots—through mindful movement and breathwork, you'll nurture both your body and mind. As your roots strengthen, you'll rise with flexibility, resilience, and confidence, much like branches reaching new heights.

 

My programs are designed to enhance mobility, reduce stress, and build a healthier lifestyle that sustains you through life’s challenges following Root & Rise foundations. Together, we’ll create habits that keep you grounded, energized, and ready to thrive in all aspects of life.
